Since 1989, when simple circles suddenly became parts of larger patterns, some artistic auspice has been developing a startling portfolio. It is ever evolving, ever building upon itself, ever adding design features, ever increasing in complexity. Any otherness capable of such an extraordinary body of artwork would have to be deeply soulful rather than ominous, and contact only could be of help to us....

...Then, who knows what other assistance might come if we are receptive? ... power great enough to deliver these formations could have much to offer... we need to be in a mode that will receive."

Today I am talking with my friends Jeanette Welch in Houston and Carol in Dallas about the importance of being authentic. This subject has come up recently in my life in a big way. We will be talking about what it means to be completely REAL with people; to be honest from the core of your being. And we will talk about how to handle the fact that there are many people who cannot handle people who are truly authentic.

First of all, however, you have to know who you are. We will talk about how to accomplish that as well. How can you be authentically YOU if you do not know who that is? We will talk about how we can develop our "inner authority."

Happy Cosmic Times!

I am talking with friend Joan Walker in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Dana in Houston, Texas today.

I am strongly feeling the energies now coming in, and it feels emotionally rough to me. What with three eclipses and the Summer Solstice all in the period of exactly one month, these energies are powerful. Monday I went walking in the woods and almost immediately upon starting that path, I literally tripped over a coral snake. Signs and portends of cosmic transformation are all around!

I now feel like I felt for a couple of months prior to the two big earthquakes (Chile and Japan). I don't know what is coming, but something is definitely on its way.

I remind myself frequently that we stood in line to be here at this time!

I listened to Coast to Coast for a while recently. Graham Hancock was on. He's of the same opinion as I . We are opening to perceiving other 'dimensions' (or "densities.") UFO contact may be just such an experience. They're with us in the same space, but vibrating at different frequencies-therefore exist in different densities.

I say this about densities vs dimensions because The Ankenash (EDINA) tell me this is the correct term: densities, not dimensions. Using the right words, they say, makes it easier to conceptualize the reality with which we are collectively merging.

The whole point of everything we are experiencing? To get how to REMAIN STEADILY IN OUR JOY & attract what we do want. I must remember that!

During my last interview with channel Joan Walker (she channels Kuthumi and AAGabriel) we began talking about the human energy field, and the importance of maintaining its balance and hence one's health. This was toward the end of our one hour talk, and we got about halfway through the chakras when the hour ended. We both want to tak further about the chakras and energy field maintenance, as this is of utmost importance to our proper functioning during "the shift"

Unfortunately, most people totally ignore chakra maintenance. Many believe this is baby-stuff, just for beginners. Trust me, when Joan Walker talks about it, it is for EVERYONE. Why? If your chakras are not functioning well, you can get really screwed-up. And Joan is a master of this subject of chakras.

You would not drive a car that never had a tune-up or oil change, would you? How old is your "vehicle?" When was the last time you "serviced" your energy body?

We will also be talking about the "Prism of Light" which was constructed by Jo and her group/tribe/friends in 2008 around Tampa and Sarasota, Florida, to protect the area. It apparently is working, as no surface oil is expected to come there, according to scientists.

Lois is excited to be talking to Jo because she evidently understands the concept of living in the real world while focusing consciousness on what we want to happen, not what we fear might happen. Confucious said that as the music of a kingdom changes, the kingdom changes as a result. Civilization changed enormously when we went from the Solfeggio frequencies to our current 8 note scale as the basis of our music. Today I will be interviewing Dr. Mitchell Gibson, a psychiatrist who has written one of the most fascinating and affirming books I have read in a very long time. I say that it is affirming, because certain of his experiences mirror certain ones I have had myself, and you may have had in your meditations as well! In his book Dr. Gibson tells us the true story of what happened to him in meditation that took him out of ordinary consciousness and into the deepest inner realms of his being.

Though Gibson wavered before accepting the experience, Djehuti revealed profound information about the formation of the soul and the causes of mental illness, as well as certain "Words of Power" for healing. This is what Peter is planning to talk about: "My work focuses on the ascension with an understanding that human consciousness will be shifting to a heart-centered consciousness. This shift is already underway and will be picking up momentum as we move through the next few years. In 2006 I began working with sacred earth energy in the Charlottesville area. This culminated with a very large project at Trinity Point in Churchville. There, over a period of about a year, we reawakened a star portal and connected it with the Serpent Mound in Ohio via Trinity Point. This past summer at the solstice we ushered in a virtual torrent of coded light that was sent to Trinity Point and distributed throughout the plant via a huge Reshel grid system called the Bakhira Grid. This was anchored here in north America in the late 1300's and early 1400's by Bill Buehler in a former lifetime when he was a Knight Templar. Tom T. Moore is a regular contributor to the Sedona Journal of Emergence. And more recently, he has written a book called "The Gentle Way, A Self-Help Guide for Those Who Believe in Angels." It can be found on Amazon.com or in bookstores.

Tom is primarily known for his concept of MBO's or "Most Benevolent Outcomes." Here is what he says about MBO's: "Twelve years ago I learned I could request Benevolent Outcomes for specific events in my life, from very simple ones to very involved and complex events in both my personal and business lives. For those of you reading about Benevolent Outcomes for the first time, these are specific requests FOR YOU that you say when you desire assistance from your Guardian Angel."

Tom goes on to say, "There are simple rules to follow when you request Benevolent Outcomes in your life. You must request the assistance, as your Guardian Angel is not allowed to assist you unless you ask for help. It must be benevolent for not only you, but for all those involved in the request. Even if you request something that is not benevolent either in error or on purpose, it won’t work. It must be said out loud or in writing, as this is a physical world. You need to say it with some emotion and say, “thank you” to your Guardian Angel at the end of the request."

Begin with simple requests, like for good parking spaces, and then when you have experienced that they work Tom suggests...

"When you know they work, then you can use them for more important things. My wife and I decided that we wanted to “downsize” our home, as both our children have graduated from college. My wife kept dragging me to see one house after another during the middle of our workday. I started requesting a Benevolent Outcome to buy each house, as I knew that my Guardian Angel would not let me buy the wrong house after those requests. We even made an offer on one and someone paid the full asking price, which is almost unheard of in these down market times. Finally, after this I said, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT HOUSE for us, thank you!” Naturally the next day she found the house and we were able to buy it at a great price, as the family had already moved to Atlanta."

This Friday we are interviewing Becky Hannah about her experiences with the annual event called BURNING MAN. This occurs in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada for one week every year in late August/early September.

Some have said that to try to describe Burning Man to someone who has not been there is to try to describe a specific color to someone blind from birth. Nevertheless, Becky is going to tell us her version of the experience.

Starting on a California beach spontaneously back in the 1960's, some 48,000+ people form the event that Burning Man has become today.

The following is from the website www.burningman.com "These people make the journey to the Black Rock Desert for one week out of the year to be part of an experimental community, which challenges its members to express themselves and rely on themselves to a degree that is not normally encountered in one's day-to-day life. The result of this experiment is Black Rock City, home to the Burning Man event.

There are no rules about how one must behave or express oneself at this event (save the rules that serve to protect the health, safety, and experience of the community at large); rather, it is up to each participant to decide how they will contribute and what they will give to this community. The event takes place on an ancient lakebed, known as the playa. By the time the event is completed and the volunteers leave, sometimes nearly a month after the event has ended, there will be no trace of the city that was, for a short time, the most populous town in the entire county. Art is an unavoidable part of this experience, and in fact, is such a part of the experience that Larry Harvey, founder of the Burning Man project, gives a theme to each year, to encourage a common bond to help tie each individual's contribution together in a meaningful way. Participants are encouraged to find a way to help make the theme come alive, whether it is through a large-scale art installation, a theme camp, gifts brought to be given to other individuals, costumes, or any other medium that one comes up with."

Astrologer Ginger McCord, who is also the editor of the widely-acclaimed Texas metaphysical magazine, "Indigo Sun," will be talking with us today about the moon in the individual's chart. Almost everyone knows where the sun is in their chart. If we know we are a Sagittarius or a Pisces, a Libra or a Taurus, we know our sun sign. This is who we are.

Ginger says, "Fewer people know their Moon signs, and this is a shame because a person's Moon sign can be extremely important, and having a little bit of knowledge about your Moon sign can be extremely helpful in self understanding. I am going to grossly over-simplify, but you can think of your Sun sign as who you are and your Moon sign as what you need. (There are many, many components which can modify these simplifications, so we will consider these working generalizations only, but they are workable.)

For instance, I am a Libra with a Cancer Moon. As a Libra, I am fun loving and very social. As a person with a Cancer Moon, I need quite time and privacy. Often times there is an inner conflict with my need to be out and interacting with others and my intense need for alone moments. I have had to learn to remember to take time off for my self."

The economy is definitely shifting! Come listen as Lois' old friend, Jeanette, tells her intriguing story of how her experience with the readings of the world-famous Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet from the 1930's, led to her adventures in the Texas oilfields. Edgar Cayce's channeled healing sessions and readings were always spot on; he even read for the President, Woodrow Wilson, among others. Many say Cayce ushered in the New Age (whatever that is). His old archived readings caught the attention of some oilmen in Texas, and they made contact with Jeanette because of her expertise with them.

Jeanette is a former high school math teacher and MUFON Past President. She taught metaphysics and did readings while keeping a "day job" for many years before pairing up with these oilmen. She and her team studied the Edgar Cayce readings, and decided that the oil which the oilmen in his time could not locate, might actually be there. In today's show, Lois will be covering the much-misunderstood topic of meditation. A lot of people get contemplation and meditation confused, and do not know how to meditate at all. Or they try a guided visual meditation for example, and give up because they think they are falling asleep. Most of us are only aware of two states of consciousness: awake and asleep. However, there are many more. There are states of trance, hypnogogic states, hypnopompic states, altered states of all kinds including the visionary state, as well as the state of transcendence. Transcendence is one major goal of meditation. Some people achieve it easily, cannot tell it from falling asleep, and give up on meditation because they think they are doing it incorrectly.

Lois, who has been meditating since 1975, will be discussing the ins and outs of meditation in this segment, and near the end of the show, she will do a guided visual meditation for the listener to follow along. If you download this to your computer, you can listen to the meditation again at a later time.

A major side effect of meditation is building spiritual muscle, and along with that comes increased spiritual abilities, including (but not limited to) psychic abilities.

Lois opinion: "One of the most soul-crippling aspects of our current Western civilization is the lack of our taking time to achieve altered states of consciousness. It causes a loss of connection to one's own divinity and soul-purpose, an inability to see oneself as one with everything else, and deepens the stress in which the average person spends every day of his/her life. Meditation is probably the most important spiritual practice of all!"

I will be talking with Brandy Marquez of Atlanta about the techniques she uses daily for setting intention, and for creating what she calls a "womb of intention and protection." She will give us examples of this, as well as talk about how she contacts her guidance daily using methods like the runes, her pendulum, and so on.
